Nike Air Force 1 Low "Four Horsemen"Â - shoes that make a difference
Even before basketball great LeBron James played his first NBA game, everyone in high school in 2003 was waiting with bated breath to see if LeBron would be able to survive the Jordan curse that surrounded Penny Hardaway, Grant Hill and Kobe Bryant at the beginning of their careers. Back then, Nike created a series of unique versions of the Air Force 1 "Four Horsemen" to celebrate LeBron James signing with the brand. These special AF-1 Lows pay homage to Bron's close circle of business associates, which includes Maverick Carter, Rich Paul and Randy Mims - all known as the Four Horsemen.
While there have been several commemorative AF1 colorways, none have been officially released to the public until now! Donated in 2003Â , the Nike Air Force 1 Low "Four Horsemen" features the signature chess piece insignia on the heel and the color scheme of LeBron's alma mater, St. Vincent-St. Mary High School. Their re-edition has a bright, precisely made base made of natural, pleasant to the touch leather with contrasting green accessories. What distinguishes this edition are unusual additions, such as the figure of a chess horse carefully embroidered on the heel or the letters LR and MR on the back, which are a direct reference to the above-mentioned riders. At the foot of the laces, which gives you a precise level of fit, there is an atmospheric lacelock - an integral element for years associated with the AF-1 silhouette. Massive and durable sole - another uptowns hallmark has the iconic Air cushioning system hidden inside. This is responsible for the comfort of wearing in various conditions.
